WILLIAM MARTIN
    vs.
JOHN BOWNE

Original Attachment -- Levied in the hands of ENOCH SAWYER, who is summoned as 
Garnishee

On motion, it appearing to the Court that the defendant, JOHN BOWNE, is an 
inhabitant of another State: It is ordered that three months notice be given 
in the Edenton Gazette that unless the said JOHN BOWNE appear at the next term 
of Camden County Court, on the first Monday in November next, and replevy his 
property and plead to this issue, final judgment will be entered against him.
