STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA    CAMDEN COUNTY COURT     Nov. Term, 1806

JAMES NOTH
   vs.
THE ESTATE OF ASA FERGUSON, Mariner,  

Original Attachment: The Sheriff having returned thereon, that he had Levied
    the same on the Surplus of property levied on by THOMAS GORDON'S attachment

It is therefore Ordered that three months public notice thereof be given to 
the said ASA FERGUSON (by advertisement in the Edenton Gazette) as the act of 
the General Assembly in such cases made and provided; that unless he appear at 
the next term of said Court, to be holden on the first Monday in February next,
replevies his estate, and pleads to the said action, final judgmeent will be 
entered up against him.
