James W. Divers
Vs.
Silas Jones

Original Attachment "levied on the back and surplus of two Executions, one in 
favor of Robert H. Smith the other in favor of John Sawyer and wife on lands 
and tenements of Silas Jones, the 27th July, 1821."

On motion of the plaintiff's attorney, it is ordered that public notice 
thereof be given to the said Silas Jones by advertisement in the Edenton 
Gazette as the act of General Assembly in such case directs that unless he 
appear at the next term of said Court to be held for said County on the 5th 
Monday after the 4th Monday of September next and replevy his property (levied 
on as aforesaid) and plead to said action, final judgment thereon will be 
entered up against him.
