STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   CAMDEN COUNTY COURT
May Term, 1819

THOMAS WILLIAMS
 
    vs.

JAMES B. CUNNINGHAM

Orignial Attachment -- Returned, "Levied on his lands, called the Broomfield 
Tract on the 27th Jan. 1819"

On motion of the Plaintiff's attorney, it is ordered that public notice be 
given to the said JAMES B. CUNNINGHAM by advertisement in the Edenton Gazette 
as the Act of Assembly in such cases directs, that unless he appear at the 
next term of the said Court on the first monday in August next and replevy his 
property (levied on as aforesaid) and plead to said action, final judgment 
thereon will be entered up against him
