Wilroy Original Attachment Returned "Levied on his the defendants undivided estate, in a small piece of land joining the lands of William Lamb, Isaac Lamb, and Enoch Sawyer; also on an undivided interest in and to a piece of land and swamp joining Rollins Creek & Pasquotank River and the lands of Wm. Lamb and others July 28, 1821 - judgment by default and inquiry" On motion of the plaintiff's attorney, it is ordered that public notice thereof be given to the said Wm. W. Wilroy by advertisement in the Edenton Gazette unless he appear at the next term of said Court to be held for said County on the 5th Monday after the 4th Monday in Sept. next and replevy his property and levied on as aforesaid or final judgment thereon will be entered up against him.
