"The Camden Journal" comes to us in mourning for the death of MR. JAMES McKAIN 
and his mother, MRS. ELIZABETH McKAIN, of Camden, and MRS. VAUGHN, and 
daughter of Virginia, formerly of that town. All perished by the destruction 
of the steamer Olive St. John, which was consumed by fire on the Alabama River 
on last Thursday week, between Mobile and Montgomery.
