North Carolina S.S.
Richard Russtull and Joseph Bell Commissioners for one pound and ten shillings paid
by Margaret Bell of Carteret County, NC for one half acre lot in Beaufort Town known
in the plan of the town as Lot number 15 provided that she build a house of 
dimensions of at least 24 feet long and 15 feet wide within two years otherwise this
deed is null and void.
