His Excellency ye most Noble Henery Duke of Beaufort palletine ye true and absolute
lords prop. of Carolya, to all whom these present shall come greeting in our Lord 
Everlasting - two pounds and 16 shillings paid by George Bell - 280a - adjacent 
Newport Sound in ye straits, Wm. Whitehurst, John Fulford.
