Abraham Jarrat of Onslow County to George Bell Senr. of Carteret County - 5 pounds,
6 shillings, 8 pence - 160a - adajacent to Nelsons Bay, Jumping Run, being one half
of 320a given to Abraham and Jacob Jarrat in the will of their father John Jarrat 
deceased.
Witnesses: David Shepard, Geo. Read
March Court 1750 (sic) registered
