  Grant #3122 -- April 18, 1771 -- To John SHEPPARD, 300 acres in Carteret on 
North side of Newport River between the heads of Little Creek and Broad Creek 
on Steward's Creek, joining Little Creek Swamp opposite to ANDREW BELL and 
WILLIAM BORDEN'S land, which was land formerly owned by JAMES WINWRIGHT.
