Also I give and bequeath to my son Natintine Casey a black horse with a white star in his forehead. And all the rest of my estate both real and personal which I may die possessed of, I leave to my well beloved wife Elizabeth Casey to hold to her during her natural life, to live and support herself upon, she making no waste or destruction thereof. And from after her decease, I give and bequeath whatever there may be of the same both real and personal to be equally divided among my children (or their representatives) viz, John Casey Junr, Amelia Quidley, Levi Casey, Philip Casey, Natintine Casey and Sally Casey (wife of Jesse Casey) her part to go to herself and children alone, and to no other purpose or use whatever, and to be at the alone disposal of the said Sally Casey. And I make and ordain my said wife sole Executrix of this my last will and testament for the intents and purposes therein contained. In witness whereof, I the said John Casey Senr have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
