      In the name of God Amen, I recomend my soul to God who gave it, my body
to the earth, decently to be interd, I NICHOLAS HUNTER being sick and weak in
body but of perfect mind and memory, Temperras??, that all my lawfull debts
should be paid, InpernorI bequeath to my well beloved son STEPHEN all the land
I hold on the so. side of Gailes Branch, one mare, his cow and chalves, one
fether bed and furniture, two-three quart Beasons, two small putor,dishes six
six Puttor Plates an iron poot contaning about foure gallons ITEM: I bequaith
to my well beloved daughter, EASTER,that part of land begening at Gailes Creek
& with over half of sd. land betwen that and Fullfords Creak, a mare, two cows
and chalves, one feather bed and furneture, two three quart beasanes, two small
putter dishs six puttor plates an iron poot containg about foure gallens ITEM: 
I bequaith to my well beloved grandson GEORGE MITCHELL all ye ______? part of
sd. land willed on the ____? ____? of Fullfords Creek after the decease of his
mother KISIAH MITTCHELL and if sd. GEORGE     should die with out a lawfull
heire ye sd. lands to ye sd lawfull heirs of his mothers body and if the sd
KESIAH should die without heirs ___? to YE highest in blood to my (bottom line

mare, a negro wench called Jane a feather bed and furniture two cows and calvs
six puttor plates two small puttor bowles two-three quart beasons an iron pot
containg about foure gallons,I leave to my well beloved daughter  REACHELL my
negro man called Sam when she comes of age - two cows and chalves, a bed and
furniture, six peutter ploats, an iron poot contaning about foure gallons,
two-three quarts beasons and one moore, to my well beloved daughter KESIAH
MITTCHELL that land willed to my grandson GEORGE for and during his life ITEM:
To my well beloved son EZEKELL one ewe & lamb and to each son two cows and
calves, I leave to my well beloved son LEBBEUS two cows and calves, six puttor
plates, two-three quarts beasons, an iron poot contaning about foure gallons
one mare, one feather bed and furnuture; to my well beloved son WILLIAM HUNTER
one shilling Str.  To my well beloved daughter ELIZABETH one shelling Str. To
my well beloved daughter SARAH one shelling str.  To my well beloved daughter
RUTH one shelling str.  To my well beloved son JOAB HUNTER in value fifty
pounds gold _____?  I _____? I bequeath to my well beloved wife REBBECCK the
remainder of my whole estate and ordain constitute appoint my sd. wife Extrx.
and my son EZEKELL HUNTER my Executor. This being my last will and testament.
Revocking all others given under my hand and seal this 3rd. day Jan. ye Anno

the first Tuesday in March 1749.

These are to certifie that Moses Houston in open Court made oath that he saw
NICHOLAS HUNTER sign, seal, publish & declare the within testament of writing
to be his last will & testament and that John Gillett and John Willock were
present at the signing of the said will and that Rebecca Hunter Exet. & Ezekiel
Hunter Exec. therein appointed qualified themselves as the law directs.
