STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA     COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS    CASWELL  
COUNTY 
December  Term, 1808

WILLIAM BRACKLIN

    Vs.

THOMAS HART

Original Attachment, Levied on one Negro woman named SARAH, AND 183 acres of 
land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, THOMAS 
HART,  is  not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said defendant appear at the next term of this Court  
to be held for the County of Caswell on the 4th Monday in June next  and 
replevy property and plead to issue , judgment will be entered against him.
