THOMAS BROOKS

        Vs.

ARMSTEAD FLIPPIN and JANE BRACKIN, administrators of the estate of THOMAS 
BROOKS, deceased, and JOSEPH BRACKIN

Petition for Distributive Share

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the defendants, 
ARMSTEAD FLIPPIN, is not a resident of this State, it is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said defendant appear at the next term of this Court 
to be held for the County of Caswell on the second  Monday in April  next,  to 
plead, answer or demur to the said petition, the petition will be heard ex 
parte and entered accordingly.
