Her said husband eventually gave in to intoxication and other kinds of dissipation and extravagance, and "after spending the whole of his property, left your petitioner and children in a lamentable situation dependent wholly upon the benevolence of her father, and fled to the State of Kentucky, where he has, or is about to marry another woman, as appears from a letter accompanying this petition." Prays for a law securing to her such property as she may hereafter acquire by industry or otherwise. Divorce Granted!
