Caswell County, N.C. - COURT MINUTES - JULY 1805 ---------------------------------------------------- Contributed by "Sandy Jensen" ---------------------------------------------------- Transcribers Notes: When I copy pages from records that my ancestors are in, there are other entries on the pages. I thought some one else might get the benefit of these. These court records are very interesting. I would recommend anyone take the time to read them. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Ordered that the county trustee pay unto William Rainey 115 pounds it being the amount allowed him for building a bridge over his at the willow lanes. Ordered that the clerk deliver to Henry Frader two judgments and executions against Edwart Watorohe and Robert Mullins which wa filed in his office. Executions leveyed on land and the land was sold by virtue of other executions. Ordered that Robert West, Samuel Dabny, and James Buston be appointed commissioners to settle the accounts of Catherine Somers and John Somers executors of the estate of John Somers deceased and report thereon to our next court. Ordered that the clerk issue a warrant to Joseph Swann on the entry of vacant land made by Edward Swann on the 30th March 1799. number 1019 and transferred by the said Edward Swann.
