May  Term, 1808

HENRY MILLS and others

        Vs.

WILLIAM HUBBARD

Original Bill

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, WILLIAM 
HUBBARD , is  not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said defendant appears within the first two days of 
the next Term and plead, answer or demur to this bill, judgment will be taken 
pro confesso and heard ex parte against him.
