STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA     SUPERIOR COURT OF LAW AND EQUITY CASWELL COUNTY 
Oct.  Term, 1812

WYATT STUBBLEFIELD

        Vs.

HUGH MILLS, MATTHEW MILLS, MENALL MILLS, CHARLES MILLS and WM. MILLS, Heirs at 
Law of MATTHEW MILLS, deceased, and WILLIAM HUBBARD, Heir at Law of WILLIAM 
HUBBARD, deceased


It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that in this suit one of the 
defendants , WILLIAM HUBBARD,  is not a resident of this State, it is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for five successive 
weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said defendant appear at the 
next term of this Court to be held for the County of Caswell to plead, answer 
or demur to the said petition, judgment will be taken pro confesso,  and 
entered accordingly.
