Cobb and Martha Cobb wife of _______ [this blank is in the original] Cobb and Frances Gibson wife of Iverson Gibson and Livingston G. Cobb my son I do hereby give grant and convey unto my said daughters Elizabeth Martha and Frances and my said son Livingston all my right title interest claim and demand in and to the property and estate of my father the late Ransom Boswell deceased, which he by will gave to my mother during her life and after her death to his children of whom I am one and I do hereby authorize and [sic] the respective husbands of my said daughters to collect and receive the property money and estate aforesaid which by the will of my father aforesaid is due and coming to me and to execute to the executor and commissioners or who ever may have possessions thereof all necessary receipts releases and acquittances for the same.
