Written: December 23, 1800

1800	23 December. John Dickie, Sr. sold 100 acres to William Warrin on 
Linch's Creek beginning at a poplar, a corner of the old survey thence S. to a 
hickory, thence E. crossing the creek to a hickory on original line, then N. 
along said line to a post oak, then w. to 1st station. Witness: John Rainey, 
Benjamin Douglass. (Caswell County, North Carolina Deeds, Book K, p. 176.)

1800	23 December. John Dickie, Sr. sold 35 acres to William Warrin between 
Linch's Creek and Panther Creeks.
Witness: James Warrin, Sr., Wm Ragan. (Caswell County, North Carolina Deeds,
