To the Surveyor of the said County Greeting
You are hereby required as soon as may be to lay ofd land survey for
Gabriel Murphy a Tract or parcel of Land containing Four hundred & fifty
Acres lying in the County aforesaid.. Begining at the South West Corner of
John CousinÕs(?) (Covins?) Line lying on LInches Creek Including his
Improvement ~~

Observing the Directions of the Act of Assemby in such Case made and
provided for runing out Lines two Just and fair plans of such Survey with a
proper Certificate annexed to each  You are to transmit with this Warrant
to the SecretaryÕs Office without Delay.

Given under my Hand at the Entry Office the 23rd Day of Aprile Anno Dom
1779

Beginning at a post oak of [ ] running thences with sd Currys line south
then seven chs. & fifty links to a post oak then East Eighty six chs. &
fifty links to a black oak. then north fifteen chs. to a black oak then
East eighteen chs. &  fifty links to a hickry then North thrity four chs
 to a hickry then west seventy two chs & fifty links to a post oak then
south Eleven chs. & fifty links to a hickry then west thirty two chs &
fifty links to the first station
