Witnesseth that the said David Walker doth hereby give grant & make over unto the said John M. Walker his son a certain tract of land lying in the afforesd State & County on the waters of Moons Creek. Begining at a ash on Wm George Roberts line on the East Side of a Branch then up the said branch to and past David Walkers still house to a spring east of said David Walkers ---ing spring & then straight on to a bunch of maples then east to a post oak Robert Lawsons corner then North to a white oake in James Griffiths line then west to the first station Containing seventy-five acres more or less also the said David Walker Give unto the sd John M.
