Witnesseth that the said James Walker doth hereby Give Grant and make over unto the sd David Walker the tract or parcel of Land whereon he now lives Begining as follows at a Black Oak and run East to a post oak thence East to pointers then South to a Small Hicory then East to a red Oak Alexander Walkers corner then his line South to a post Oak then Westerly to a hicory then along Poyners line to Dixes ferry road then along the road adjoining Tuggles line to the first Station Containing one hundred & thirty Acres more or less. The sd James Walker do also Give Grant and make over unto sd David Walker three Head of Horses and his Slck [Stock?] of Cattle Hoggs all and the Increas thereof and three feather Bedds and furniture and all the House Hold and Kitchen furniture together with the plantation tools to him the sd David Walker his heirs & assigns for Ever and the said James Walker for himself doth for Ever and from time to time and at all times warrant and defend the said Land and above mentioned articles from any other person or persons whatsoever Whereunto I fix my hand & Seal the year and date first above written.
