Wed., May 19, 1830, Patriot (Greensboro’, N. C.) May 19, 1830
   JAMES LEE, at the Superior Court for Caswell County, was convicted of 
assault and battery upon his wife, and sentenced to six months imprisonment, 
and to stand committed until all costs are paid.
