...the body of a dead negro man slave the property of Robert B Cunningham by the 
name of Forest found dead in the kitchen at Mrs. Hunt plantation.....was killed by 
the accidental discharge of a rifle in the Edmund slave of Mrs. Hunts...evidence 
of the jury no malice prepense.
