Lottie Bowers, and Aleck Bowers, $2000.00 Life Insurance policy by D.M. Hines 
agent of Milton, NC.
Sister Jennie Woods all debt she owes him and all other property of al kinds
Sister Ellen Bowers two lots of land near bridge across County Line Creek. one 
near bridge at Milton, NC which he brought from Nat Wooding estate, the house 
on same occupied by Mary Piles. Other land now occupied by Warren McCain 
which he got from Warner Hodges.
Sister: Jennie Woods rest of property
