Written: October 4, 1845

I Frances Ware of the County of Caswell and State of North Carolina, being 
of advanced age, but of sound mind & memory do make and publish this my 
last will and testament revoking all wills at any time heretofore by me made ~
1st    I will and devise that my executor hereinafter named, pay my funeral 
expenses and my just debts out of the first money that may come into his hands ~
2nd    I give and bequeath to my son William Ware all the money that may be 
on hand at my death, after paying my funeral expenses and debts, all the bonds,
notes and accounts that may be due me, and all my property and effects of 
every kind and description, to him and his heirs forever ~
3rs & Lastly ~ I appoint my son William the Executor to this my last will and
testament ~
          In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this the 
4th day of October A.D. 1845.

Additional Comments:
Frances Perkins Ware was the wife of William Ware (1759-1836) of Caswell County,
North Carolina.  Their children were Celia, Huldah, Robert, William, Jesse, and Martha.
