He had been in feebele health for a long time, with cancer of the stomach, was about 90 years old. He was a good, noble gentleman, loyal to his neighbors and friends. He was buried at St. Stevens, Tuesday the 13th. e leaves a large number of relatives and friends to mourn his loss. the writer extends deepest sympathy to the bereaved ones. The ministers of the Tennessee Synod will hold a service at St. Stevens Church Thursday.
