This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Mary Rink Harbinson m.harbinson@worldnet.att.net ============================================================================ Will of Andrew Rinck In the name of God Amen: I Andrew Rinck of the county of Catawba and the State of North Carolina being of stable health and of perfect and sound mind and memory, but considering the uncertainy of my earthly existence, make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament in manor and form following that is to say, Item 1. I will and Bequeth to my loved wife Emeline Miller Rinck my land whereas I now live together with, all my personal property for her own use and benefit during her life. If she should remain unmarried, but if she should marry again, she is not to have claim to the said land and other property. As for said it is further my will that after death of my said wife, Emeline, my land together with my property, money and notes then on hand shall be equally divided among all my lawful heirs to witness. My four children now present that is to say my daughter Frances E. Rinck, Jane J. Rinck, Sylvanna R. Rinck and James E. Rinck, but as it is probable that the family will increase in number, here after and no provision made in this my will it is my will that if a child or children be born after my decease that the said child or children shall inherit an equal share of my estate with all my other children. And lastly I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved friend Alfred N. Robison my lawful executor to all intents and purpose to execute my Last Will and Testament according to the time intent and meaning of my hand and seal this 29th September A.
