THE EXECUTORS OF JOHN BRANTLY and others Petition to Renew the Probate of a Will It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants JAMES BRANTLY and ELIZABETH, his wife, are inhabitants of the State of Georgia, and WILLIAM JUSTICE, and NANCY, his wife, are inhabitants in the State of Tennessee. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said defendant appears at the next term of this Court to be held for the County of Chatham on the second Monday in August next and plead to issue, judgment will be taken pro confesso against them.
