EDWARD MADREY and wife, ANNE Petition for Partition of Land It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that EDWARD MADREY and his wife, ANNE MADREY, are not inhabitants of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said defendants appears within the first three days of the next term of this Court to be held for the County of Chatham on the 2nd Monday in February next, and plead to issue, judgment will be entered against him.
