CHATHAM COUNTY
Sept. Term, 1809

DENNIS SAMPSON BRADLY

      VS.

ABRAHAM HARPER ET AL

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, JOHN RICK, 
SHADRACH RICH, RICHARD COLBERT AND ZIDE, his wife, HENRY TOWDRER and AGNES, 
his wife are not inhabitants of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three times in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the said Defendants file their respective answers to be held for the 
County of Chatham on or before the 4th Monday in March next, the bill will be 
taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to them.
