Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, Chatham County, North Carolina, February 
Term 1850

JJ Goldston appeared in open Court and having been duly sworn Testifies that 
James Carter a soldier of the Revolution departed this life at the House of JJ 
Goldston sen in the County of Chatham on the 12th day of Feb AD 1859.
