THE HEIRS and ADMINISTRATORS of SIMON TAYLOR, deceased It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, WILLIAM TAYLOR, one of the heirs of SIMON TAYLOR, is not a resident of this State. It is therefore ordered by the court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said WILLIAM TAYLOR appear at the next term of this Court to be held for said County on the 2nd Monday in May next and plead, answer or demur to this petition, judgment will be taken pro confesso against him.
