State of North Carolina -- Chatham County Superior Court of Law Fall Term 
1858 -- FLORA J. MOORE Vs. E.J. MOORE. Petition of Divorce.
In this case, it appears to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, 
ABRAM MOORE, is a non-resident of this State, and proclamation being made at 
the Court House door according to Act of Assembly; whereupon, publication is 
ordered by the Court  for six successive weeks in Weekly North Carolina 
Standard notifying said defendant to appear at this Court House in Pittsboro, 
on the third Monday in March next, to plead answer or demur to complainants 
bill, or the same will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte.
Witness JOHN THOMPSON, Clerk of our said Superior Court at office in Pittsboro 
on the third Monday in September 1858.
