February Term, 1810

JAMES HARRINGTON and DICY HARRINGTON

                Vs.

SOLOMON RAE and THOMAS HARRINGTON, Administrators of WHITMELL HARRINGTON, 
deceased

Petition for Distributive Share

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, THOMAS 
HARRINGTON, is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said defendant, THOMAS HARRINGTON,   appear  at the 
term  of this Court to be held for Chatham County  on the 2nd Monday in May 
next to and plead, answer or demur to this petition, judgment will be taken 
pro confesso and heard ex parte as to him.
