  Vs.

ALEXANDER CLARK


Original attachment levied on 300 acres of land adjoining W. MARK, STEPHEN 
PELTS and others

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant is not an  
inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the 
said defendant appears at the next term of this Court to be held for the 
County of Chatham and plead to issue, judgment   will be entered against him.
