Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, Chatham County, North Carolina

At a Court of Pleas and quarter sessions for said County this 11th day of 
August AD 1851 Satisfactory evidence was adduced in Court to prove that Thos 
McDaniel Nelly McDaniel Celia McDonald [sic] wife of Jno Fields Elizabeth Beal 
wife of Hiram Beal & Ruthy Maulden wife of John Maulden are the Children and 
heirs at Law in fee to the Estate of Arthur McDaniel late a Soldier in the 
sixth [?] Regiment of the continental line of North Carolina in the 
Revolutionary War.
