JOHN BURNETT

Original Attachment, levied on a horse, etc. 

In this case it is ordered by the court that publication be made for three 
successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said defendant, JOHN 
BURNETT,   appear  within the first two days of the next term  of this Court 
to be held for Chatham County and plead, answer or demur to this bill, 
judgment will be entered up  against him.
