Stokes and Sylvanus Stokes two of the heirs at Law of Thomas Stokes late of Chatham County aforesaid Humbly showeth That their father the said Thomas Stokes departed this life intestate in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eleven leaving your petitioners together with William Brickle Stokes his three children him surviving that the said William B. Stokes as since departed this life intestate having one child named Hannah Stokes his surviving that the said Hannah Stokes is an infant of tender years is in right of her said deceased father as of the Heirs at Law of the said Thomas Stokes deceased and is without a Guardian. Stokes and Sylvanus Stokes two of the Heirs at Law of Thomas Stokes late of Chatham County deceased having filed their petition in this Court for a partition of the lands of the said Thomas Stokes deceased and it appearing that Hannah Stokes only Child of William B.
