I AARON BRYANT of Chatham County, North Carolina have released and
forever quit claim to JOHN SWANNER of said county on the 20 January 
1812, a certain tract of land containing 63 acres and one third. For 
which I gave a bond to said J.SWANNER, it being dower of my wife, 
LYDIA BRYANT, from her former husband, RICHASON SWANER, on which 
JOHN SWANNER now lived.
