DEED BOOK AC, p. 157, 10 July 1831 George Williams Senr "in consideration of the natural love and affection which he hath and beareth unto the said Richard Williams his Son" deeded two tracts of land (1) "all that ______ of land lying in county & State aforesaid, and bounded as follows, to wit, Begining at a sassafras in Edward Waltons line, thence running East one hundred & forty-six poles to a Hickory in Morgans original line thence South with his line 262 pole to a pine in Francis Jone's line thence West with his line and (?) by his corner 88 poles to a Hickory and two Spanish oaks in the bank of Cub Creek, thence down the meanders of Sd. Creek to where it empties into Morgans Creek thence up the meanders of Morgans Creek to the first Station." 190 acres. ALSO (2) another tract of land lying and being in the county and state aforesaid on the waters of Morgan & Cub Creek and bounded as follows (to wit) beginning at a hickory on the bank of Morgan's Creek and running West 146 poles to two marked white oaks in a branch thence South 180 poles to a pine thence East 210 poles to a beech in the bank of sd. branch thence up sd. creek to the first station. 200 acres more or less. The deed was recorded in the November Term of Court 1831.
