Headen of the other part Witnesseth that the Said William Headen Senr have bargained Sold and delivered unto the said Prim J. Headen a certain tract or parcel of Land Lying and being in the County of Chatham on the Waters of Rocky river for the consideration of the Sum of five hundred dollars, the Said Land bounded as follows (South, Beginning on the River Bank running West Seventy Eight poles to Hickory, Thence South one hundred and forty poles to stump in the field Thence East one hundred and Twenty one to Hickory thence North Seventy degrees East down a branch Sixty four poles to the River thence up the courses courses of the River to the first Station containing Eighty twp acres be the same more or less which I the said William Headen Senr do warrant and defend the said land unto the said Prim J.
