Deed of Gift from Margret Minter to Anthoney Minter
dated 3rd June, 1793

Know all men by these presents that I Margret Minter for and in 
Consideration of the natural love and affection which I have & do bear 
unto my son Anthony Minter and also for the consideration of five 
Shillings to me in hand paid the receipt whereof I do hereby 
acknowledge have given sold and Delivered and by these presents do give
Sell and Deliver unto my said son Anthoney all my right title Interest 
and Claim which i have in the lands of which I am at present possess'd 
together with all my Stock of Cattle Hogs and Sheep with all my 
Household furniture and Every other of my Estate whatsoever to have and
to hold to the only proper use benefit & behoof of him the said 
Anthoney his Heirs and assigns for Ever In Witness whereof I have 
hereunto sett my hand & seal this 34d day of June Anno Domi. 1793
