Chatham County, NC - Michael Wilson to Harmon Tuder, 1788 ~~~~~~~~~~ Harmon Tuder Deed (I dont have book and page # ) our name is spelled Tudor/Tuder/Tedder To all to whom these presents shall come, know ye that, I Michael Wilson of Chatham County and State of North Carolina, for the consideration of thirty pounds good ans lawful money of this state, to me in hand paid by Harmon Tuder of the County of Granville and state aforesaid, have bargained, sold, alienad, enforced and confirmed, Harmon Tuder, his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Chatham concluding one hundred and fifty acres and bounded as follows: to wit, Beginning on John More line at a pine running west to a hickory, thence south along Davises line to a post oak, thence north to a pine in Jno. More's line, thence west to a stake, thence north tothe first station together with revertion and revertions, remains and remainers, rents, issues, profits, and services thereof and also all the estates rights, titles, intrest, claims, property and demand of him the said Michael Wilson of, in and to the said land premises and every part and parcel hereof to have and hold the aforesaid land and premises unto the said Harmon Tuder, his heirs and assigns forever and the said Michael Wilson do for himself further agree and warrent and forever defend the said Harmon Tuder, his heirs and assigns in the full enjoyment of the land and premises afore mentioned against the just claim or claims right property or demand of him the said Michael Wilson or any other person claiming the same from or under him, them or any of them.
