NC State Archives Film # C.022.50001 The indenture of Ignatious West, of Chatham County, State of NC., Planter for and consideration of 180 pounds good and lawful money of NC, paid by Henry Lewis Lutterloh, Esq. A quit claim to all rights and title to a "tract or parcel of land situate being and lying in the county of Chatham, aforesaid, on dry creek beginning at a post Oak & running East 280 poles to a hicory thence North 218 poles to a hicory to the Creek thence the Creek to Cook's line South on the widow Sinclairs line to the beginning containing Three Hundred acres be the same more or less bounded by Land of - John Morphis, Henry Brewer, Abraham Cook, Mary Sinclair, John Fike and Henry Lewis Lutterloh."
