   DIED, on the 15th ult., at the residence of his son-in-law, SAMSON WOLF of 
Mecklenburg, N. C., of dropsy, ISAAC ROSSER in the 68th year of his age. He 
was a native of Chatham County, N. C.; he was married in Mecklenburg and then 
removed to Lancaster District, S. C., where he raised a family of eight 
children and lived to see the youngest one grown.
