DIED
In this vicinity, after a long and painful illness on Friday the 1st instant 
MRS. MARY W. WILLIAMS, consort of CHARLES J. WILLIAMS, Esq.

MRS. WILLIAMS was born and raised in Chatham; a daughter of CAPT. PHILLIP 
TAYLOR, of the American Revolution, and sister of JAMES F. TAYLOR, late 
Attorney General of this State.

Amiable in all her social and domestic relations, she passed a long life, 
greatly beloved in the bosom of her family and died truly regretted by all who 
knew her.
