Dated 5 March, 1815 In the name of god Amen I Isaac Brooks of Chatham County and State of North Carolina being in my perfect mind and memory blessed be god for it do make this my last will and testament of this my worldly estate Item I give to my beloved wife Eleven negroes names as follows Milly Emesly Dianna Dick Lacy/Lary [Nany?] Jabez Mary Easter Jordan Matthew and also two beds and furniture also the tables and one chest and cuboard furniture and also six [chairs?] and nine head of cattle three horses named Dick and Jack and a colt Item I lend to my beloved wife my house and a garden and cotton patch. Item I have given my daughter Anne Headen as much of my estate as I allotted for her allso I have given my daughter Phoebe Brasher as much of my estate as I allotted for her and allso I have given my Daughter Mary Brantly as much of my estate as I allotted for her also I have given my daughter Ruth Brooks as much of my estate as I allotted for her also I have given my son Terrell Brooks as much of my estate as I allotted for him I have given my daughter Elizabeth Hunter as much of my estate I alloted for her Also I have given my daughter Sally Rogers as much of my estate as I alloted for her Also I have given my daughter Milly Jackson as much of my estate as alloted for for her Item I give to grand son Thomas Stanford Headen the son of Phebe one Negro girl named Amy Item I give to my son Joseph John Brooks all the remaining part of my land and mill and allso all my hogs and sheep and one horse named [Noah?] and allso one Negro man named Travis and one bed and furniture and one big Pot. I apint my beloved wife and my son Joseph John Brooks and George McMath my executors of this my last will and testament disannulling all other will or wills and this to be my last will and testament this 5 of March 1815.
