I Simon Foshee of Chatham County and State of North Carolina being in perfect mind and disposing memory do make and orden ((ordain) this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say - I give and bequeath unto my son Elijah Fooshee, one hundred and sixty acres of Land where I now live be the same more or less after our decese.(decease) I give and bequeath the rest of my Estate to my wife Bridget Fooshee to dispose of as she sese (sees) can ? I also constitute make and ordain my beloved wife my only and soul Executors of this my last will and Testament and hearby writing by revoke and disanul all and evri (every) other form will and testaments bequeaths, bequests by me in any wise for this time named willed and bequeathed ratifying and constituting this and no other to be my last will and testaments in witness whereof I have hearunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
